another weird thing happened to me !!!

today about 7:30 am at my business i received a phone call from the TSC.
the lady was asking me to varify my name and the address of my buiness!! and said thank you, I said one second please, could you tell me how far my case is from being approved? she replied: we're working on it but we are still waiting on the background thing. I asked her about how long would that take, she said we don't know how long but this is the only think that's holding up right now.

looking back to this forum i have seen some people stuck in name check forever.
could you guys tell me if a name check takes long time or can it be done soon, considering i have no criminal background.

VERY weird. What time zone are you in? A govt employee working at 7:30 AM? Did you provide your business phone number in any of the paperwork? She didnt ask for your SSN or any other information I hope.

I dont want to alarm you (probably its all legitimate), but if you gave out any financial information for you, yourr business or your SSN, you might want to call back TSC and ask them to verify that someone from CIS indeed called you.

my caller ID said US gov. and yes i did provide all my phone numbers on my application. Not to mention the officers at TSC start working at 5:00 am because i have received more than one e-mails and LUPD's on that time also when i sent my RFE and RFI both were recieved and signed by IO at 5:30am.
