I have a B1/B2 Visa with 10 Years Validity (Multiple Entries).
My Previous organization has asked me to go to United states and hence applied for the visa. Below are the period for which I was in US
Company: XYZ Inc
• September 2008 – December 2008 (3 Months for Knowledge Transfer / Training) – POE Stamp for 3 Months – Actual Stay 3 Months
Another --
• February 2010 – March 2010 (For Requirement Analysis of a Project) – POE Stamp for 3 Months – Actual Stay 1 Month
• March 2010 – April 2010 (Canada – Training Given By Client) – Stay 1 Month
• April 2010 – May 2010 (Back to US For Knowledge Transfer and Requirement Analysis) – POE Stamp for 3 Months – Actual Stay 1 Month
Another –
• 1 October 2010 – 4 February 2011 – ERP Training / Requirement Analysis – POE Stamp For 6 Months – Actual Stay 4 Months
Joined New Company: PQRS Inc
Now I have changed company in end of February 2011 and Joined a New company called as PQRS Inc and they again want me to go to US again on B1 Visa to discuss requirement analysis. Approx period is 1 – 1.5 Months (MAX)
Since my all the visits are for Official Purpose, I haven’t consumed full length permitted at POE in any visit (i.e. come back when Indented purpose is over), can you please advise me if this is okay to visit US frequently for official work? Or this would create problems for me at Port of Entry.
I have all the needed documents for my all previous visits and will be getting from the company for new visit
Since company is sending me I am little scared, kindly help me so that I can feel relaxed.
