Another Sept. approval on RupNet

Are these really out of line?

Just wondering, if these out of line cases fall under national interest or some priority category! If so, they may not really be out of line.

Re: Are these really out of line?

I don't think there is National Interest in any of these early approvals. It is all luck. Destiny operates...I believe in that.

And 100% sure, people are being lucky with theory concepts.

priority

i guess that it is based on eb- classification, eb- 1 goes first then eb- 2 then last priority is eb3

Re: priority

I don't think so as there are early approvals of category EB3.

the only priority that eb1 and eb2/NIW get is that they do not need LC. for 140 and 485 there are no priorities for EB1 or EB2. actually for 140 processing EB1 and EB2/NIW are much slower than EB3. in vermont filing NIW or OR are not really much better
off unless you live in NY or NJ where LC processing takes more than 2 years.

What to say????

Do not want to see all these early approvals. I just said in my previous Posts and here it is ......BCIS likes to play with our feelings.

I am too upset. :(

website

What about, "www.immigrationwatch.com" ??

Lots of recent approvals from 4 months to a year!

Re: website

I didn't know about this site. Totally  with the approvals shown there.
