Another RFE

I received status update emails last night indicating that they have issued another RFE for both of our I-485 cases (more than 3 months after they received our response to the first RFE). I will post the details after I recieve it.

The officer who issued our 1st RFE quit (or may be fired) and our cases were in limbo for a while. I've contacted Senator Cornyn last month (as soon as TSC processing dates moved past our notice dates) and his office initiated an enquiry, but never got a response from TSC. My attorney initiated AILA inquiry last week and got a response saying that our cases are with an officer. I was hoping to see the approval emails but instead got RFE emails

And the waiting continues ...

RFE headline

Hi, all,
Did anybody get request for further evidence with headline 'Intent to Deny'? Is this standard wording or just mine? The things they requested just something to approve that I've never been out status. But the headline doesn't send a reasonable message. Anybody has the similar experience?

i left here for a while and just came back and found you are still here, so sorry

1. my formula was 09/19/01 (i485 nd) -- 03/25/04 (approved, no rfe), so yours should be 09/17/02 -- 03/23/05

2. my formula was around average around 2003-2004 approval, one of my friend in 2004-2005 approval was two months faster than me.

3. so i believe you are just fine now, be patient at this moment, that was the way bcis gave us the plastic card.

4. following my formula, hope 03/23/05 will be your day ! good luck
