Another RFE on I-485.

Guys,
USCIS issued another RFE on my I-485 Application. Initially they asked me for the EVL(Employment Verification Letter). We asked the DR to have Chest X-Ray directly and most probably USCIS is asking for the TB Skin Test this time.

How long is the wait after they receive my response again before they could approve my case ?
Can Anyone guess.
