Everybody says that by not informing USCIS about the job change you might have citizenship issues in the future. Right now that seems to be the only issue in not informing uSCIS abt the job change. But guys don't you'll think that after a wait for 3-4 yrs from I485 filing will USCIS just approve it without an rfe for an EVL, I dont think so. SO I strongly believe that anybody who has waited 3-4 yrs for approval after I485 filing will receive an rfe and when he or she does you can utilize that opportunity and inform USCIS about the job change and that also takes care of citizenship issues.
It is hard for me to buy the fact that USCIS will approve I485 just like that without any rfe. After so many yrs even I would want to make sure that the applicant is employed and will issue rfe.
What is everybody's comments on the above thought.....Ginnu yuour opinions are highky needed
