Another Question re: mail processing I-129

In Part 2 Basis for Classifion my employer is changing so we are responding with item 'e' "Change in Employer" as this is the case

But in In Part 4 Question 8

If you indicated you were filing a new petition in Part 2, within the past seven years has any person in this petition:

a. Ever been given the classification you are now requesting? No Yes
b. Ever been denied the classification you are now requesting? No Yes

What would be the appropriate response being that I am already here on TN
