Another question about visa

Hi, I just asked some questions yesterday about a K visa for my fiancee. Thank you to TripleCitizen for the response. This may not be the right forum to post the question in, if so I'll move it.

Some things have changed, and the company that my fiancee worked for has offered her a job in in the US. So now we are looking at other visas, such as an H1B and L visas.
We don't know which one to pursue. What would be the best option for a company transferring a foreign employee to the US? The only issue I see with the L visa is that the US company must maintain the office in the foreign country, which is not the case here, since they are shutting it down. So is the H1B a better category, or is there another one that we haven't thought of yet?

Thank you

Although both kinds of visa are non-immigrant by nature, a major difference between H1 visa and L1 visa is the requirements for an individual to be awarded either of the two. For a worker to be awarded an L1 visa, he should have worked with the company for at least one year within the last three years. On the other hand, a degree is required for an H1 visa. An individual awarded with this visa should be with a specialty occupation and have a bachelor’s degree or a higher level of education in the specific field of knowledge.
