Just checked some of the eac#'s and atleast online message indicated that INS is working.

here is the algorithm for the same

do {

sleep (2*30*24*60*60); //wait 2 months

send RFE to check status;

}while (applicant is still working for the same company)

exit(0); send them back home.........

Hi 485sep,

That is true but I wanted to say that atleast INS is sending RFE's or Denial notices for the people from whom more info is required. SO if we beleive in this and have not heard anything on our cases means that we should be cleared as soon as the security check is over. This means our cases have no RFE's or everything is fine except the last hurdle of clearance.

Well this is just a thought.

As you can tell my rd is September and haven't heard anything from INS yet. some times you need to think that no news is good news .... but how long ????

honestly I stopped checking my status for about three weeks. After looking at so many posts with RFE and Transfer to Local INS, I got paranoid and checked my status, but only this time I am happy not to see my status changed. how Ironic :rolleyes: :rolleyes:
 
Seems Like people don't undersatnd

Seems dont seem to understand the situation. INS is not approving any cases. Does not matter if they issuing RFE's or working behind the scenes. As long as they do not send approvals we are screwed and will continue to be screwed.

Was just thinking positive. Moreover I think if we all beleive that they are processing behind the screen and if we have not heard anything then we would be in the first lot to get approved. C'mon this does not mean that we are screwed?

Anyway this is how I think and I also respect your thoughts. Its just that we are travelling towards the same goal with different paths.
