Omnibus Bill additional H-1B's Question
I am currently on H-4 visa. I have an MBA degree which I received after I completed MBA under a joint program between the Moscow Univ and US Univ while I was in Moscow. This degree was awarded by the US Univ and it does not mention Moscow Univ at all ... it only says the US college name.
Do you think I would be eligible for filing H-1B under Omnibus bill provision for the additional 20K visas?
