first, congrats. Is your PD really Nov 2001?? This is scary. I see most of the PDs on rupnet in the mid to late 2002s now. Did you use sub labor? Or is it just that the labor took a long time?

Its regular labor and it took its sweet time to be approved.
I had other problems like company acquisition etc in the mix and finally its through. I was expecting an RFE regarding ability to pay. Looks like the attorney has done a good job in preparing the petition. I did file the I-140 after my company was bought by my current employer and had to go through rough times regarding resigning the contracts with clients who did not like to do business with my new employer.
