I checked the AVM last night and found out that me and my wifes case have been approved. It has been a very long ride. Thanks god, it is finally over.

EB3/Other, ND/RD-Oct99, RFE(emp letter & pay stub) recv by INS Mar7.
I have called IIO several times before and got stanard answer(2-4 weeks). On May8, i have spoken to an IIO( really nice lady) and told her that my RFE was received by INS two months ago. She reviewed my case on the computer and told me that you will hear something by next week.
If you are waiting over two months after RFE, I think you should just keep calling everyweek untill you get a helpfull IIO.
