Hi Y'all,

I just got the my most awaited emails from TSC. Both my 140 and 485 (and my wifes 485) were approved today. No RFE, nothing!!!

ND/RD for 140, 485 May 16th, 2003
FP result received July 16, 2003
EB2 (i think), advanced degree (PhD)
No RFE
NO LUD

I am really appreciative of the people who post and share information here and wish good luck and speedy processing to all, esp 2002er's. But I truely believe TSC is trying to reduce the backlog and you just have to have little more patience. I will definitely hang around here if I can share my experience.

PS: i did fax expedite letter twice in last two months.

Can you share with us what number did you faxed your Request to TSC for Speedy process.If possible can you kindly share that letter format so it will be usefull for us.
