Another I-140 (NIW) VSC approved

Hi All,

I am happy to inform that my I-140 (NIW) at VSC is approved on 22nd March 2005. The I-485 which is linked to this I-140 is pending. I received fingerprint notice and scheduled on 14th April.

Before my I-140 (EA) at VSC has been approved on 24 th January,2005.

I wish everybody's case will be approved soon.

I got lots of help from this forum from you guys.

Congratulations on your 2nd I-140 approval. Thats cool. I remember that you were trying to link your pending 485 (based on your first I-140 filing) to the 2nd I-140 which got approved before your 1st one. What happened?? Did you ever do that??

Pls. share your experience.

Once again, congrats on your dual 140 and good luck with your 485.

Thanks a lot for wish. You are absolutely right. I was trying to interlink my I-485 with second approved I-140. I remembered you that you have responded to my query.

I have applied the same on 9th Feb 05, but I have not heard anything from USCIS.

Could you please tell me what should I do now?

Should I withdraw the request or just keep silent.
