Another Help for Dan's mother....please

I am planning to apply I30 for my mother who is in Hyderabad.

I am planning to get affidavits for her Birth Certificate.
She does not have a marriage certificate...and she is a widow.

What OTHER docs I need....if she has to attend the interview.

She is illiterate and does not maintain documents...

Please let me know if I need to get ready with any other documents....as she will not be able to ....Thanks

If she is a widow, she needs a birth certificate and your birth certificate which shows the relationship. In the case, you do not have the birth certificates, you need to get affidavits for each of them. Please refer to the instructions for the details. Hope this helps.
