Hi all experts I need help.
I currently work for company A and want to do transfer of my H-1 to company B who just recently offer me a position. Since company A is a small business, they paid me using company check and I never have a pay stub. After researching this forum, I understand that to transfer H-1b I need to provide paystub. I most likely can get a copy of my checks. Question is whether I can use this copy of checks as prove that I got paid and in status instead of using paystub. Any advice or input will be awesome.

thanks

Need Paystubs

You should have paystubs to trasfer your H-1 visa. Demand your company to give you paystubs. It is illegal on part of the company not to give your paystubs. You have every right demand it.
