Another G-325A Question!

Okay, so I've run out of room where I'm supposed to list my employment for the last 5 yrs, I only have one more employer to put to make 5 yrs. What should I do? I noticed on some of my other forms it says to contiue on another page and attach it, but it doesn't say it on this one. I'm trying to follow the instructions to the letter but they aren't very consistent. Can anyone tell me what they did, or were told to do in this situation??
 
The same thing, attach another page. Put a post it or flag stating "continues in the next page...", and put a title in the page attach, in the same format so they can follow.

Thanks so much for all the advice you've given me in my posts! It really helps to have people who will give straight answers to questions like this. This site is really a godsend :)
