Only guys who have FP really close to expire are getting approved.

I got second FP notice( as my RD is Feb 27.

sanju, you are wrong (that people with FP about to expire are getting approval). Please see the FP date of user 'srdasari' who is approved today.
It seems that Feb'02 has arrived in this forum for real. Oct'01, Nov'01 and Dec'01 are now antique here. Jan'02 cases are no longer fresh.

If that is the case, we should appreciate bcis. Atleast they are reducing their backlog.
