Another EB3 Approval from Nebraska

If the data provided in the Trackitt is true, then it raises a serious issue, the applicant is from India, EB3 category with PD 2003, whereas the PD in VISA bulletin is Apr. 2001 for India, how come they can approve(I am not against that person getting his GC, rather happy that someone is getting Freedom from this mess) the application, all the I 485 applications that were assigned Visa numbers before Oct , 2007 have gone waste, even if its pre-assigned it is no longer valid anymore, now everyone has to look forward for FY 2008 Visa.

But with Nebraska anything can happen.

I have monitor 5 different cases by the time I filed my I485 back in June 07. Everyone has a very similar case detail. 4 of them are getting the approval in late aug thru sept. Only myself and another unlucky guy still the same status. Don't know the other guy getting approval or not. But I didn't.

So.. my PD 04/2003 ROW. I am stuck in the retro once again. If DOS didn't release the flood gate, my PD maybe still CURRENT just like months ago. it moves slowly but it indeed moving.

:mad::eek::confused:

Point to note that USCIS has upto 120 days to do the administrative work after adjudicating a 485 application.

So if they approved an application in July, it is possible that the notification/green card could be sent to the applicant as late as November. This does not mean that the person got approved in the new fiscal year.

I think it is safe to assume that any applications that reached USCIS in June/Jule and getting approval notices in October fall in the above category.

Why people posting at trackit.com why not they are using immigration I really don't understand. I don't think trackit is more popular than this site. I purely doubt the accuracy of the details they posting on that site.
