CSC INS officers are losers? How is that for a good reason.
But more likely, California has more immigrants than most other states, thanks to the software boom, everyone came down here, and now because of the overloaded special registration, it is taking time for the dust to settle before they get around to processing cases.
Keep your chin up, hopefully things should pick up after next month.

I don't think I can survive that long. God please have mercy on me and shower CSC with a burst of energy.
On second thoughts, we could pass around some energy bars via ups overnight. Now thats a constructive idea.
