Another Code 1 Biometrics

The 10 FP expires after 1 year. Did you do the FP Code 1 over 1 year ago? If so, you will redo it every year until your case is adjudicated as the FP are only good for 1 year.
 
I heard 12 months from the ASC when I took my FP, as I overheard someone else who came back for a second FP and the ASC person told them that until the I-485 is processed, a new FP will have to be done each year, so I assumed that each year meant every 12 months, but it can be every 15 months too I guess.
 
I did my fingerprint a month back at TSC, got a letter stating that Last time we were not able to do your fingerprint, Pl go and get it done on Nov 28 ?

Any Clue about the same, why I am getting this letter after already done the fingerprint ?
 
It could be due to quality issues. Even though the FPs passes the ASC quality control, the FBI can still reject the FP quality asking for new FPs with better quality.

But the wording of Letter that I have received states that my fingerprint was never been done, I did an early fingerprint by going directly to the ASC

I dont have the letter with me as of now : But it says like the below

As we sent you a previous notice that we wont be able to do your fingerprint on so. so date, that why we are rescheduling your appointment to this date

I have never recieve any notice before this....Also this letter dosent have any signature etc, just written on a plane paper.

I did checked with FBI after getting the Fingerprint done, and got info that my results were sent on the same day.

If you already did them, you must have the appt. leter with ASC stap and signature. I would call the USCIS and talk to them or even go to the ASC and bring the letter and explain the problem. The letter is your evidence and should be presented to the USCIS as proof. Perhaps the FBI update of your FPs to the USCIS just never happened for some reason.
 
We did our FP on 08/2005. We got couple LUDs after that on our 485 cases but the status NEVER CHANGED to "FP Received.....". It's been like this for 3 months.

Is there anyway to find out if they have ever received my FP or sent?
