Following a legal battle of more than 17 years that was waged at every level of the federal judiciary and in Congress, U.S. District Judge Lawrence K. Karlton signed off Friday on a settlement that will allow eligible immigrants to seek legal status in the United States.
The agreement affects as many as 150,000 people, the largest chunk of whom live in California.

Wow! This is bad for current EB people, but feel so bad for what these ppl went thru.

looking at this, Im more resolved to move to east coast.

Not to worry

I don't think this will affect EB applicants directly. All of these would flood local offices and the Missouri center that processes family applications.
So just hope that you won't get transferred.
