I apologize in advance for this one but I could not find the information based on past threads.
I am filing an I130/I485 for a family based green card. The date of birth on my passport and my actual date of birth is off by a month. I got a "non availability" certificate indicating that the local government office did not have my original 3 years ago. Can I submit this along with a couple of affidavits from parents/immediate relatives in lieu of the original birth certificate? I was born in 1979 at India, not sure if that makes any difference.
