According to immitracker.com/app, one more April RD approval:

2913 SSUGUNAVEL EB2 INDIA PD3/1/00 RD4/25/01 ND7/10/01 FP11/21/01 AD1/26/02

It looks that VSC is working by RDs and all the April RD cases can be expected to be adjudicated in the following weeks!

By the way, IIO said my file is under \'Judiciary Section\', do you know what that means ?

What\'s the differece between \'adjudication\', \'under review\' and \'assigned to an officer\' ?

Maybe you can point me to a website, so that I can educate myself
on these issues ?
 
Yiwen,They all mean the same thing .

Uner review or under adjudication or with an Officer all mean
the same thing .Your case has been taken up for processing and
an officer is lookin in to it and if every thing is OK he will approve it in two to three week\'s time.
The INS IIO\'s prefer to use Adjudication for a case assigned to an officer.
You are on the verge of Approval.
