I been watching these forum for about an Year now and taking heart as and when people got approved.

here are my details

no rfe's - single employer since day one since 98 - applied for labour in late 2001- approved april2002.

Called up VSC after 300 days. they advised my lawyer contact them. He contacted them on April 25'th and per his terms "requested an expidite on the case". the IIO informed him i should have a decision in 30 days. hope this brings some hope to others waiting from the same period.

I485 Applied in Sept2002. I will be invoking AC21 and changing employers. New Job already signed up.

:) is back finally on my face... :D

Congrats nutties.
What is the IIO number for VSC? Same as the 800 number on the site or the earlier 802 number.
Can you contact them any time or only after 300 days (maybe 360 days now)?

it was the 802 number before consolidation. i contacted them after the 300 days. i guess its the 360 days mark now.
