I am still waiting FP since 03-03

would anyone share to clear about RD and ND. my understanding is RD is Recipt Date the receipt when they received pettiton and send receipt. what is ND and when we know that is ND.

Notice date (I believe ND) on I-140 was 12+months difference with I-140 RD .. . but here I am reading many people have same almost month ND ....

anyone would like to share and give detail ............
