Hi All,
After 28 months of worst wait in my life the GC is approved today, i got a mail today morning.
Labor Filed Jan 2001
Approved Feb 2001
140 Filed March 2001
Approved November 2001
485 ND Jan 2002
1 st FP March 2002
3 EADs
Changed job in July exactly after 185 days and informed BCIS (personally i believe it is not needed now, but i just follwed my attorney when i did it . But it only resulted in BCIS asking for more info than the regular RFE.
ATTORNEY wanted to file it as he charged me $600 , so i can see his point

EVL,W2 for last 3 years,DE 6(All the empoyees wages with SSN) and the last 3 yerars tax returns of the company
(My attorney had pointed that that cpompany details can be replaced with a letter from the Company saying it is big enough (100 + employees) and it has the resources to pay).
RFE replied on 17th May 2004
Approved on 21 st May 2004
Wish u all good luck and speedy aproval,
And GOD BLESS IMMIGRANTS
and may god give atleaset some sense for those nuckle heads in BCIS(to approve the GC on first come first serve basis.)
