Aike,
Thanks for your input. I got my I-140 approved on August 17, 2002. Paid my application fees at the St.Louise Visa Center. Now VSC in Portsmouth, NH is reviewing my Packet 3. Hopefully, within a week or two, P3 will be sent to the Ankara US Embassy. According to your info, you were given an interview date, which is approx. 3 months after the US Embassy had received your P3. Therefore, I am assuming that my interview date should be sometime in February 2003.
If you have any news, please post them here. Also, Good Luck at your December interview. Any input is greatly appreciated.
