I graduated in Master's Degree in May 2019 and after graduating when the OPT started in order to stop the days and be in status I was involved with one of the company named ANDWILL LLC for 69 days in the initail OPT
This company ANDWILL LLC is blacklisted/red flagged by the USCIS and the student involved with this company are facing issues like F-1 visa revocation, not able to get the STEM-OPT approved, not able to travel to India. Even after the H-1B visa is approved, the students are caught at the immigration and questioned by the Customs and Border protection officers at the arrival. Some of the students are acing deportation, some are getting 30 days to leave United States.
I'm really scared and not able to understant what to do. Please help me in this situation and want to get the waiver approved.
