LUD changed AGAIN for EAD application for me.

and NOTHING changed for I485 application.

Now they are giving me shocks every other day.

Any IDEAS ?
 
Are you watching your LUD every 2 hours ? If so the best thing for you would be to get rid of the LUD mania. Don't trust INS systems. They don't work all too well :D

Same thing happend to my AP2, The LUD kept on changing for a week after filling without change to I485.
So you are not the only one in this boat. Just hang in there and keep guessing buddy as you don't know when you can hit a jackpot.

Need help .. then what happened with you

2 times a day ... it again changed today to 9/28 ..... please tell me what happened in your case ... its only EAD not 485 ..
 
Please don't panic. Did you file your renewal EAD or first EAD?

If either one, LUD will change as they process your EAD.
If neither of them and LUD still changes, it doesn't mean you have problem unless they send you a RFE. So it is just that they are checking. Just relax! It is common! It won't affect your 485.

If you already filed your new EAD or renewal EAD and you haven't received your EAD for more than 90 days, you should go to the local office to get your interim EAD.
 
dont waste your time on LUD

Don't waste your time on monitoring LUD. As pointed by lots of people, LUD doesn't mean anything. Actually, you can't even trust the online status message. For my case, my online status never got changed until I got the approval notice.

So my suggestion is to forget about all the LUD, online message, if your receipt date has passed the current 485 processing date, then call the 800 for an inquiry if you are really worried.
 
chekoo, it happened to me in august, no change in LUD for 485 but on AP, and I ended up having a quick AP approval. I think it will happen to you too. You will get a EAD approval.
 
my LUD changed for 485 in may possibly I had filed for 2 nd ead after a 2 year gap.
No change after name check.
Got EAd approved with no change in lud for 485

got EAD yesterday and got 2 e mails and LUD for EAd changed stating they have mailed the cards today may be a second set!
