I know a guy who filed his 140 & 485 concurrent in Dec 03 (vermont) and his 485 got approved few weeks back!!!!!!!!!.
Whats up with this !!!
I have applied my docs (140 & 485) in Sept 03 (Vermont) and havent got the 485 approved as of yet!!!!!!!!! wz goin on?

NEED SERIOUS Explanations !!!!!!!! This is INJUSTICE!!!!!

Is this injustice that you got a chance to come to USA
where millions of people want to come and they can't ?

Is this injustice that people in Africe starve to death
while others dump the left overs?

Is this injustice that in some states people get labor certification
in 5 months where as other places take 4 years?
