How are you?

Do you have any updates on your husband's case and ever-pending name check?
I'm fine, thank you.
No updates, except for another letter from a congressman informing my husband that his name check is still pending.
I hope they are working on a backlog from 2002-03. But with their speed I don't know how long it will take... Anyhow, I'm staying positive...

Did your husband have his naturalization interview yet?

He had his interview in November, 2003. I started sending letters about his case in November, 2004. A year has passed... I have not made any progress. I came to a conclusion that the only way one can expedite the name check process is by taking the case to the court. But, we waited too long to do that. Hopefully, it will be over soon.

What are you waiting for? FILE A LAWSUIT ASAP. When you go to court, you have a timetable and at least, you will know when things will happen.

You don't deserve to be waiting for years. Sue the Bastards.

Guys, we need to teach USCIS a lesson, that they have to respect the 120 days law.
