an old 99 RFE case approved

I just heard from the AVM that my 485 was approved yesterday (9/17). Wife\'s case was approved as well. It took me nearly 3 years to get to the final destination.

PD: 3/99 EB2
ND: 12/99
RFE:5/30/01 for 3 years\' W-2 and employment letter.
RFE sent by lawyer: 6/17/01
RFE acknowledgment: 7/24/01
AD: 9/17/01

The posting saying that CSC is processing RFE case seems correct. All the RFE waiters, check the AVM, your approval will come at any time.
 
Congrats! I am still waiting for the final approval.

RFE replied on May 30, updated at Aug 10, 2001.

Hope to heard good news this month.
