Hi, junc

I don\'t know if you still visit this site after you got your approval. Hope you can see my quwstion.
I have the similar situation as you. My AOS case was not approved after the interview and it needs more review. Yesterday, I got an appointment letter from San Jost INS office and asked me to bring my passport, EAD and driver license next week to meet the interview officer. It is just an appointment letter, there is no approval information in it. You ever posted that you got the approval notice some time after interview. Did you get the same letter as mine, or did what you got clearly say your case is approved?

It sounds positive. It looks like he has called you there to stamp the approval on your passport.

But I would still consult my attorney.

If You were approved he would have asked you to get 2 photographs also.

Now I am extremely suspicious about this notice and I recommend you to immediately seek advice from a competent lawyer.
