An interesting case..!!!!

Hi ,

I applied for my GC from company 'A'. Got my Labor and I-140 approved. I left company 'A'. Joined company 'B'. Got new h1 with company 'B'.

Applied for i-485 with company 'A'. Applied for GC labour with company 'B' also.

I have two more years with my new h1 with company 'B'.

I don't know what are the chances that my I-485 would be approved with my old company 'A'.

My question is, if my AOS with company 'A' is denied do I have to leave US, even though my 6 year term is not completed (I have a valid h1 with company upto my 6 years) ? If my I-485 is rejected can I sill work on h1 of new comany 'B' ?

I have not lied any thing in I-485 application for company 'A'.

If you have seen any cases like this please post links or references.

I have seen many cases like this on this forum. What is the problem in your case?

Why do you think your I-485 get rejected. You are perfectly alright.

Just few days ago I have seen a most lucky guy's case in this same forum. His case is just like you. His Rd was Feb2002 (not a typo) and got his greencard on Oct 3rd after interview in Baltimore.
