RD: 8/8/2001
RFE: sometime in September'2002
RFE received: 10/18/2002
Approved on : 03/05/2003
Interesting part: Before I-140 approval , he took employment with the client. His consulting company agreed to continue his immigration...In his 485, he mentioned that he is working with the new employer and applied with client's paystubs but offer letter from the old employer...
He got RFE on employment and it asked him for the last three month pay stubs and also prospects for future employment. Again, the letter is not specific enough on the prospects part.
So, he put the last three month pay stubs of current employer with continuing prospects from his current employer and also the offer letter from the sponsoring employer.
He didn't mentioned AC 21 in his letter. His covering letter simply states that the following documents are enclosed and the list of documents and nothing more.
Finally his green card is approved.
thanks,
rajum
