Hi Folks

I do see some people here who have received RFE's regarding their W-2 and tax returns.

Usually it is believed that at I-140 stage INS only asks for company's W-2 and financials.
I know that INS can ask for anything.

I enclosed my 1999, 2000 and 2001 W-2 and tax returns along with my I-140 application when I applied in NOV 2002
My W-2 amount is very very less in year 2002.

What are the chances that they will ask for my W-2 and tax return for I-140

BTW I have been issued an RFE which I still didn't receive (27 days and waiting)
 
Recently I got RFE on my 140 application and they asked only 2001 tax return ( not 2002 ) from me as well as from company. So I provided them just that.
