an I go to Chicago for stamping thou approval says to go to WPM,

My I-485 approval says to go to West Palm Beach office to get the passport stamping done. I am living in Chicago , currently. Can I do it here. Anybody has any experience like this.
 
you can try local office...my friend got it stamped...

My friend was asked to go to Charlotte. But he took a chance and went to the Boston office and got it stamped in an hour.
