I have an expired GC and I have 9 month old twins to a US Citizen. We had problems, I fled back home to New Zealand, and now we are trying to sort our relationship out and we want to reunite our family. How do we do this, as my fear of getting a G.C and going through that whole process again scares me, if I take my children back into the US and for some reason they send me home, I could lose my kids. He wants to marry me also. There seems to be so many risks and its the immigration processes I am most afraid of, I don't want to lose my kids or my family again, can anyone help?
