An eventful week for me

Want to share the happy moments with you. What an eventful week this was...
1. My long pending I-140 (pendind for more than 485) days got approved on 7/28. I had asked my lawyers to initiate an inquiry on that. (EAC03034...)
2. Our applications for AP with ND dates of April 26, 2004 for self, spouse and daughter all got approved on 7/29. The LUD dates kept changing and shows as 8/2 finally. These are our third APs.
3. The EAD for my wife got approved on 8/1.
4. The EAD for myself got approved on 8/2. Now it shows date of 8/3 in message and 8/4 on updates. These are our third EADs.
5. The LUD on wife's 485 changed to 8/4 but no updates to online message. So, now we just have our 485 applications pending..

Our 1st FPs are probably expired. 1st FP was done in Oct02. Any ideas whether we can expect our 485s to be approved without another FPs?

What is FBI name clearence? How can we initiate it?

Well..thats a "weekfull".. congratulations..

I hate to spoil your enthusiasm with my skepticism. but, i think its going to be an FP2. I am not sure if they'll approve when your current FP is expired.
But thats ok..even if its an FP2, your approval is on its way...so cheer..
