Ammended I-140 Approved

Phew!!

Finally after 10 + months my Ammended I-140 was approved sometime this afternoon ( I-485 filed in 04/2002). I checked the online status around 2:00pm EST, it was still stating that it was taking 365 days to process.....

Will wait to submit 3rd EAD/AP renewal in 02/2004.

Hi Would you pls provide some more information on your amended
I140: Did you file an original I140 then somehow found a error
and need amendment, or something else?

I filed I140 amendment to fix the EB3 error on the first one (amended as EB2) but have received RFE and case is stil pending

The corporate attorneys filed the ammended petition, even though I had completed 180day after filing I-485. Old Company was purchased. The EB status for me didn't change. It's still EB-2.
