Hey Guys ,this is wonderful site i've discovered .You can add me to the buffalo tracker .I 've applied on january 2002, File # received on april 2002 and i received recently( april 10th 2003) a letter from buffalo stating that the Interview has been waived. A medical form for myself and i 'have to wait 6 month to do the medical. They are also asking for a letter from my current employer and to redo FBI the fingerprint.
My question is : I've submitted an application for my wife while she was back in my country. Now she is in US ,her visitor Visa has expired .Buffalo are asking to submit a new forms for her .
Should i apply for her as she still back in my country knowing that we 're expecting a new born on next october and could be an issue when we include him with us since he will be born in US and they would know she is in US.or Should i apply for her like a resident eventhough she doesn't any status yet and bassicaly she is out of status.
Your feed back is appreciated.

Thanks

I'm not sure i understand your question well. But from whatever i do, canadian immigration has nothing to do with US status or no status. You can be out of status in the US and yet get canadian residency. They are no way related.

Please explain more in detail if i'm offmark :)

Thanks
