I am marrying a Canadian citizen who must stay in Canada due to the nature of her work. I live and work in Buffalo NY. She is sponsoring me and I am applying for permanent Canadian resident status but would like to continue to work in Buffalo. Is this possible, and if so, is it advisable due to tax laws/etc? We are just starting this process, so any information you have is really appreciated!
