Amended I140 - Igate

Just spoke to an IIO. My amended I140 was filed in last week of April. Per IIO, it is not in the system as they are still opening mail received on 4/23-24.

So the wait continues......

Infact, i recd my receipt for amended i-140 last week. My papers were filed in the second batch. my RD apr-18 and ND was may-10

Mine was filed April 26. I got the copy today and the RD is APR-27 and ND is MAY-24 ( almost a month after the package was delivered to INS ).

I asked HR to check the database and let me know. I am assuming that if LD recieved the Notice on 5/14 then it must be

The process is that legal dept sends the received notices to the HR dept of your company. These HR reps are responsible for mailing them to your home addresses. VSC is really behind on processing incoming mail as it is evident from a news item on http://www.usvisanews.com/memo1308.html
