Has anyone ever filed an amended I-129 for a TN? I just filed, via US mail, for a TN extension of stay this week. My current TN runs out at the end of June. I had no idea of the new three year TN, and would like to amend my petition, since we asked for the one-year deal. I'm an electrical engineer. I had one-year TNs since 1995, and TC before that, with the same company. I've always filed through mail. Thanks for the help guys.
