EB3 PD May 11th\'98. Company got bought up by a larger company. My lawyer informs me that I just need to provide financial information of the new company along with 485 application. The name of my company has not changed nor my job description and title. The IRS no has changed to the larger company. My company lawyer states that I should apply for an ammended or new i140 along with my filing of my 485 application so that i dont run into a problem with an RFE. Any info on this matter will be appreciated.
