Amend I-485 with new I-140

Hello All,
Here is my situation.
1) My employer filed my I-140 in EB2 category.USCIS rejected saying that "I do not qualify for EB2 and reapply in EB3.
Priority date of this Oct-2003.
2) Just to be on safe side my employer filed another I-140 with Pre Approved Labor (Priority date March-2004).
This is approved.
3) Refiled my rejected I-140 in EB-3 and USCIS approved it.

So, now I have two approved I-140's with 2 diiferent Priority dates(Oct-2003 & March-2004).

My I-485 is attached to I-140( Priority Date: March-2004)

Is there a way I can amend my I-485 with the new I-140 ( Priority Date: Oct-2003)

Yes. Send the new I-140 to USCIS with a covering letter asking that it be interfiled with your I-485. In the letter give all information needed to identify your I-485.
