Got a reply from ambika ... and I think that explains

Hi.. Thanks! I can understand the surprise. I applied for 485 on Feb\'2002. But my husband had applied for his 485 in Aug\'2001.

So, that\'s how I got it fast. Though my EAD is still not approved, not that I need it now. Hope that explains.
