regarding working area:
As per laswyer, assigned to officer does not mean that
case being looked upon. Only when file moves to working
area, you can be sure at least some work is being done
on your file. So as per this info, \'working area\' state follows
the state where file is assigned to officer. But who knows
what is right in case of INS: I have seen many people\'s
responses and as per those assigned to officer follows working area..
complete opposite to what I heard from lawyer. But my case
was assigned to officer for last 3-4 months. Its only
last one month, that it is in working area and immediately following that I saw the rapid progress as proved by my recent approval.
