Hi, I am in 7th year extension and my employer applied for GC labor. It looks like this process takes ages to get the GC approval. Can any one suggest me is it safe to get a rpre-approved labor?. If yes, how to cross check it whether it is genuine one?. Also, I heard from someone that the pre-approved labor certifications need to be used soo otherwise, they are going to be lapsed. Is it a true news> I appreciate your reply.
